Project: Kitchen Renovation

The Problem

The client raised concerns about the layout of their kitchen and sunroom. They expressed a feeling of separation between the two spaces. They conveyed a desire for a more unified flow. They’re envisioning a seamless integration where cooking, dining, and socializing blend together seamlessly, all while providing views of the backyard landscape.

The Goal

The central aim of this kitchen renovation is to cultivate a sense of cohesion and fluidity between the kitchen and sunroom. This will create a space that seamlessly integrates both areas while maximizing their individual functionalities. With a focus on panoramic views and practicality, our goal is to design a versatile environment that serves as the heart of the home, accommodating various activities and lifestyles. By merging aesthetics with functionality, we envision a space that not only enhances the visual appeal of the property but also enriches their overall living experience.

Week 3: Phase 1 of rough installations have been completed for HVAC and plumbing. The building inspector cleared us to close the floors and allowed us to move forward with the next phase.

Week 4: This week we had our electrical team start mapping out and running their wires for the renovation. During this phase we consulted with the homeowner to ensure they are still happy with the placement of light switches.
