Stephen Samuels – Sales Project Manager & Realtor® with RE/Max One

I have been with DES Home Renovations since inception in 2012. As one of the Original Co-Founders, I have worked tirelessly to help build our brand and provide an experience to our clients. Although I have had various responsibilities over the years, including Business Development, Sales, Production, and Project Coordinator, I find that working with clients is what I have enjoyed most. I am always inspired by the beautiful projects we produce, knowing the amount of effort which goes into a design to meet their remodeling needs, and seeing the project form start to finish is very exciting. I understand and respect the time and money that each client puts into a Renovation/Remodeling project with DES Home Renovations and I enjoy the challenge of maximizing those investments and ensuring their projects run; by adding value to their investment through the functionality of their enhanced space.

Prior to DES Home Renovations, I worked in the Hospitality Industry 6 Years for some of the larger brands such as Marriott and Hilton where I focused heavily on customer service. Having this experience has truly prepared me to connect and to be able to provide the exceptional service experience everyone deserves. This experience along with working high school summers, weekends, and off-days in the construction field as an apprentice alongside my brother or the electrician has given me the exposure, experience, and knowledge to deliver for our clients. The experiences garnered through numerous work experiences and projects, have aided me tremendously in the delivery of quality customer service; in understanding the importance of feedback, adding value to individual customer experience by superseding each customer’s expectation.

I am married to my wonderful wife Brauna, my high school sweetheart. Out of our marital union, we have two lovely daughters; Madison (6) & Ava (2). My family, family values and faith are most important to my everyday living. Hence we build, remodel, renovate with family in mind. My biggest goal in life is to continue to improve myself and learn as much in life as I can. When I’m not trying to improve myself or our clients home, I enjoy spending time with my family, and extended family, especially on Holidays, as they are truly a blessing.
